Are there rules or restrictions for general AllAdvantage Membership and the Viewbar Service?
There are some rules, and all are intended to benefit AllAdvantage members:
* Each person can only sign up once, creating an account for him or herself, and may
not establish an account on behalf of anyone else. Accounts cannot be transferred between
people.
* No spamming. AllAdvantage strictly forbids spamming to get referrals. This means you
can only tell people you know or who explicitly agree to receive your invitation to be
referred. See the Anti-Spam Policy. If you use spam to
try to get referrals, your membership will be terminated.
* All information submitted during signup must be accurate; members who deal with
AllAdvantage in a fraudulent fashion will forfeit their memberships, participation in
the Sweepstakes, their account balance, and their referrals.
* If you are a minor, you’ll need to send a parental/guardian
consent form prior to downloading the Viewbar software and prior to entering the Sweepstakes.
* There are also rules about how earnings are calculated under the alternative rewards

Can I install the Viewbar™ software on more than one computer?
Yes, you can install the Viewbar™ software on multiple computers and get credit for your surfing regardless of which machine you use — although you can’t use the Viewbar on more than one machine simultaneously. Just download and install the Viewbar™ software on each machine you use to surf the Web. Be aware that each member may only have one account, i.e., one Member ID number.

What if I want to quit?
We do our best to give you all the advantages you want from the Internet, but there

How do I enroll in the AllAdvantage Win On the Web Sweepstakes?
It’s easy. New members will be able to choose or decline entry in the Sweepstakes
when they sign up for AllAdvantage membership. Current members have the opportunity to
select entry in the Sweepstakes when they log into the AllAdvantage
Account Center. If you are currently a member and do not decide
to enter the Sweepstakes or the alternative rewards program before September 1, we will
automatically enter you into the Sweepstakes so you can try it out. Each month you have
the option to switch between entry in either the Sweepstakes or the alternative rewards
program. The switch will be effective on the first day of the month following the month
in which you made the switch. Please remember, during any month that you have chosen
the alternative rewards program, you are NOT eligible to be selected as the daily Grand
Prize winner; however, you can qualify for a Referrer Prize in the Sweepstakes if one of
your referrals who has entered the Sweepstakes wins a Grand Prize. When you sign up for

How much is the Jackpot?
The minimum daily Jackpot is US $50,000 and the Grand Prize is 50% of the Jackpot. The Jackpot amount can grow larger too! If a selected potential Grand Prize winner is not qualified, we may continue to select additional entries until a qualified winner is drawn, OR the Jackpot may be rolled over and added to the following day’s Jackpot.

How is the remaining 50% of the Jackpot distributed?
If the Grand Prize winner is a Viewbar Internet entrant with five qualified upline
referrers, the remaining 50% will be split among the winner’s five upline referrers.
Each qualified referrer wins 10% of the Jackpot.
Upline referrers include the member who referred the Grand Prize winner, the member
who referred that member, etc., up to five levels. In order to qualify for a Referrer
Prize, you must have surfed with your Viewbar for a minimum of three minutes on the day
your referral is drawn as the Grand Prize winner, or for a total of 15 minutes during the

What is active surfing?
"Active or Actively Surfing" means that you are viewing your computer screen and browsing the Internet (scrolling web pages, following links to other Web pages, or other similar mouse or cursor activity) with the Viewbar software visible on your screen. How is the Jackpot distributed?
A Sweepstakes entrant is randomly selected every day as a potential Grand Prize winner. If qualified, he or she will receive the Grand Prize -- 50% of the Jackpot. If the winner is a Viewbar Internet entrant the winner’s five upline referrers (if they exist and are qualified) each receives 10% of the Jackpot. Upline referrers include the member who referred the Grand Prize winner, the member who referred that member, etc., up to five levels. In order to qualify for a Referrer Prize, you must have surfed for a minimum of three minutes on the day your referral is selected as the Grand Prize winner, or for a total of 15 minutes during the seven days prior to the day your referral wins the Grand Prize.
For example, Sue, Gretchen, Rich, Rudy, Gervase, and Sean all go to school together. Sue entered the Win On the Web Sweepstakes, was selected as the Grand Prize winner AND surfed with her Viewbar for at least three minutes that day. The Jackpot is $200,000.
Sue is drawn as the Grand Prize winner. Sue surfed for three minutes. She wins $100,000 (50%).
Sue was referred by Gretchen. Gretchen surfed for three minutes. Gretchen wins $20,000 (10%).
Gretchen was referred by Rich. Rich surfed for three minutes. Rich wins $20,000 (10%).
Rich was referred by Rudy. Rudy didn’t surf for at least three minutes that day and did not surf for at least 15 minutes during the seven days prior to the day Sue was selected as the Grand Prize winner. Rudy wins nothing.
Rudy was referred by Gervase. Gervase surfed for three minutes. Gervase wins $20,000 (10%).
Gervase was referred by Sean. Sean surfed for three minutes. Sean wins $20,000 (10%).
The $20,000 that was not awarded will not roll over to the next day’s Jackpot.
Instead it will be added to a Monthly Prize Pool, which will later be distributed to

What happens if the Grand Prize winner has fewer than five upline referrers?
If there are fewer than five upline referrers in the Grand Prize winner’s referrer tree, the prize money allocated for referrers who do not exist will not be awarded for that daily drawing and will not roll over to the next day’s Jackpot. For example:
Allie is the winner, but she only has two upline referrers.
The Jackpot is $50,000. Allie surfed for three minutes. She wins $25,000 (50%).
Allie was referred by Drew. Drew surfed for three minutes. Drew wins $5,000 (10%).
Drew was referred by Helga. Helga surfed for three minutes. Helga wins $5,000 (10%).
Helga was referred by no one.
The $15,000 not awarded will not roll over to the next day’s total Jackpot. Instead
it will be added to a Monthly Prize Pool, which will later be distributed to Sweepstakes
participants in a Monthly Prize Pool drawing. See the Official Rules for complete details

How does the Monthly Prize Pool drawing work?
Daily Jackpot prizes not awarded will be placed into a Monthly Prize Pool that will be distributed later to Sweepstakes participants in a Monthly Prize Pool drawing. For example, if there are less than five upline referrers in the Grand Prize winner’s referrer tree, the prize money allocated for each referrer who does not exist will not be awarded in the daily Sweepstakes and the prize (10% of the Jackpot per nonexistent referrer) is placed in the Monthly Prize Pool.
On the last day of each month, a day in that month is randomly selected and each entrant who was qualified on the selected day has an opportunity to win a prize in the Monthly Prize Pool drawing. For example, on September 30, September 11 may be the day randomly selected and each entrant who qualified for the September 11 daily Sweepstakes will be entered into the Monthly Prize Pool drawing and have an opportunity to win a monthly prize.
There will be more than one prize awarded in the Monthly Prize Pool drawing. The base amount of each prize awarded in the Monthly Prize Pool drawing is $210. The qualified entrant whose name is randomly selected as the winner will be awarded $60 and each of his or her qualified upline referrers, if any, will receive $30. Entrants will continue to be drawn in the Monthly Prize Pool drawing until the entire Monthly Prize Pool is distributed.

What is the alternative rewards program?
AllAdvantage offers an alternative rewards program for
members who are ineligible or choose not to enter the Win On the Web Sweepstakes.
If you are enrolled in this program, you earn money while you surf with your Viewbar
(see Global Payment Table for current rates). You can
also earn money for the time your referrals surf with their Viewbars if they are
participating in the alternative rewards program. It is important to note that you
will NOT be eligible to win the Grand Prize if you choose the alternative rewards
program. You can, however, win a Referrer Prize in the Sweepstakes when one of your
referrals who has entered the Sweepstakes wins the Grand Prize.

What if I don’t choose a rewards program?
New members must choose a rewards program (either the Win On the Web Sweepstakes
or the alternative rewards program) during the sign up process. Current members must
choose a rewards program by September 1, 2000. Simply log into the
Account Center and you will be prompted to choose.
If you are a current member and you do not decide to enter the Sweepstakes or
the alternative rewards program before September 1, we will automatically enter you

What happens to the money in my account if I switch from the alternative rewards program to Sweepstakes?
If your account balance is above the payment threshold in your country at the time
you enter the Sweepstakes, your account balance will be paid to you during the next payment
cycle. If your account balance is below the payment threshold in your country at the time
you enter the Sweepstakes, any money in your account will remain there until your earnings
surpass the payment threshold for your country. As an AllAdvantage member, you will still
have the opportunity to earn money from your referrals who choose the alternative rewards
program and from AdvantageGrams, our opt-in email program. Look for the AdvantageGrams icon
when you log into your account.
